【摘要】 目的:为推动药品电子监管政策顺利实施,完成2015年年底前药品全品种、全过程电子监管的目标提供建议。方法:采用文献分析与实地调研相结合的方法。结果:零售药店实施药品电子监管,对保障药品电子监管政策实施成效起着十分重要的作用。零售药店因需满足药品GSP认证要求,药品电子监管政策参与率高,但政策执行情况不容乐观。结论:政府应重视零售药店药品电子监管政策实施情况,应从完善法律法规、政策支持、消费者宣传等方面切实推动零售药店对药品电子监管的执行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To provide references for the policy of drug electronic supervision being successfully implemented and to offer some suggestions for achieving the target that all varieties of drugs and the whole process will be electronically supervised before the end of 2015. Methods: Integrating literature analysis with the field investigation. Results: The implementation of drug electronic supervision of retail pharmacies is very important to ensure the effectiveness of drug electronic supervision policy. Because of the need to meet the requirements of the GSP certification, the drug electronic supervision policy participation rate of retail pharmacies is high, but the implementation of the policy is dismal. Conclusions: The government should pay adequate attention to implementation of the drug electronic supervision policy of the retail pharmacies,and should urge the retail pharmacies to implement drug electronic supervision by perfecting the laws and regulations, policy support, publicity and so on.更多还原
