【摘要】 中共第十八届三中全会提出"建立国家公园体制",这是一项保护国家遗产、复兴中华文明、展示美丽中国的系统工程。1982年中国确立风景名胜区制度时,为了体现中国特色而将其名之为国家级风景名胜区,而其徽志上的英文名字就是中国国家公园。30多年来,风景名胜区事业得到了举国上下的高度重视,取得了划时代的发展。国家公园体制建立的基础是总体评价国家级风景名胜区(即中国国家公园)30多年的发展历程,严格按照世界国家公园的科学标准,结合中国特点,以225个国家级风景名胜区为基础的核心,进行实地考察评价,合格者列入国家公园名录,不合格者限期整改,同时将其他合格的各类国家级保护地纳入国家公园体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of "National Park System" recently raised by the central government is a system engineering for the protection of national heritage, the renaissance of Chinese civilization and the presentation of beautiful China. In 1982 when China established the Chinese National Famous Scenic Site System, it was so named as to reflect Chinese characteristics, while its English name on the emblem is "National Park of China". Over the past thirty years, Chinese National Famous Scenic Site career has received nationwide attention and made remarkable development. The establishment of Chinese National Park System should be based on the overall evaluation of the development of Chinese National Famous Scenic Site System(namely National Park of China) over the past thirty years, and the 225 famous national scenic sites should be evaluated through field research to ensure their strict accordance with scientific standards of national parks worldwide combining Chinese characteristics. The eligible ones could be included in the national park list, while the unqualified ones should be required to improve within a time limit, and other qualified national protected areas could be brought into the national park system.更多还原
