介孔复合体EDTA-4Na/γ-Al2O3降低卷烟主流烟气中铬和镉释放量的研究

【摘要】 以γ-Al2O3介孔固体、EDTA-4Na·4H2O为原料,采用浸渍法制备了介孔复合体EDTA-4Na/γ-Al2O3,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)及热重分析(TG)等对材料的结构和性能进行了表征,将介孔复合体EDTA-4Na/γ-Al2O3添加到滤棒中,制成介孔复合体二元复合滤棒,并制成卷烟,考察其对卷烟主流烟气Cr和Cd释放量的影响。结果表明:将介孔复合体EDTA-4Na/γ-Al2O3按每支滤嘴16.25mg的添加量添加到二元复合滤棒中,可使卷烟主流烟气中的Cr及Cd释放量分别降低33.2%和31.1%。同时,本文还对介孔复合体EDTA-4Na/γ-Al2O3降低卷烟主流烟气中Cr及Cd释放量的可能机理进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Mesoporous composite EDTA-4Na/γ-Al2O3 was synthesized by impregnation method using γ-Al2O3 and EDTA-4Na·4H2O as raw materials. Structure and properties of the composite were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM), powder X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermogravimetry(TG). Mesoporous composite EDTA-4Na/γ-Al2O3 was added to two element composite filter rod, and its effect on reducing Cr and Cd delivery in cigarette mainstream smoke was examined. Results indicated that the amount of Cr and Cd in cigarette mainstream smoke can be reduced by 33.2% and 31.1% as the mesoporous composite EDTA-4Na/γ-Al2O3 was added to the two element composite filter rod by 16.25 mg per filter-tip. The possible mechanism of reducing Cr and Cd delivery in cigarette mainstream smoke was discussed.
