HPLC法同时测定脑血栓丸中芍药苷和阿魏酸的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立同时测定脑血栓丸中芍药苷和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Waters SunfireTM C18,流动相为乙腈-水-冰乙酸(17∶82∶1,V/V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为20μl。结果:芍药苷、阿魏酸检测质量浓度线性范围分别为0.024~0.240、0.009 4~0.141 0 mg/ml(r均为0.999 9);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<2%;加样回收率分别为95.00%~97.90%、95.29%~98.24%,RSD分别为0.59%、0.54%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简单、重复性好,可用于脑血栓丸的质量控制。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and ferulic acid in Naoxueshuan pill. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Waters SunfireTMC18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(17∶82∶1,V/V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 230 nm,column temperature was 35 ℃,and the volume injection was 20 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 0.024-0.240 mg/ml for paeoniflorin(r=0.999 9)and 0.009 4-0.141 0mg/ml(r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%;recoveries were 95.00-97.90%(RSD=0.59%,n=6)and 95.29-98.24%(RSD=0.54%,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Naoxueshuan pill.
