【摘要】 目的:探讨热毒宁注射液致不良反应(ADR)发生的原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2009年3月-2014年4月使用热毒宁注射液致ADR 65例患者的性别、年龄、原患疾病、日均注射剂量、ADR发生时间、联合用药情况、ADR主要累及器官/系统及临床表现、转归等进行统计、分析。结果:患者多为儿童,以男性患儿居多,占66.15%;随着日均注射剂量的增大或联用药物的增多,其ADR发生率均明显升高;73.85%的ADR发生于用药的1 h内,且患者多以皮肤及其附件、呼吸系统损害为主,分别占38.96%、25.97%。结论:儿童是该药的好发人群,且多发生于用药的1 h内,故用药初期应密切观察,确保患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To explore the reasons of adverse reactions(ADR)induced by Reduning injection and provide reference for the rational use of drug. METHODS:The sex,age,original illness,daily dose,time of ADR occurrence,combinations,ADR involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations and outcomes of 65 cases of ADR patients induced by Reduning injection from Mar.2009 to Apr. 2014 in our hospital were statistically analyzed. RESULTS:Patients were mostly children,with boys majority(66.15%);the incidence of ADR were significantly increased by the increasing daily dose or combination drugs;in addition,73.85% ADR occurred within 1 h,and patients were mostly with skin and its appendages and respiratory system damage,accounting for 38.96%,25.97%,respectively. CONCLUSIONS:Children are the high-risk groups of this drug,and it often occurs within 1 h. So it should be closely observed in the early tractment to ensure poctients safety.更多还原
