【摘要】 目的:为临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:随机抽取2014年3-4月静脉药物配置中心处方15 918张,2014年7-8月静脉药物配置中心处方13 132张,2014年3-8月使用中药注射剂归档病历40份,对中药注射剂使用情况进行统计分析。结果:3-4月抽取的15 918张静脉药物配置中心处方中有2 419张处方使用中药注射剂,其中235张(9.71%)存在不合理应用现象;7-8月抽取的13 132张静脉药物配置中心处方中有1 957张处方使用中药注射剂,其中154张(7.87%)存在不合理应用现象;40份应用中药注射剂的归档病历中,有24份(60.00%)存在不合理应用现象。用药不合理主要表现为溶剂应用不适宜、超剂量用药、选药不适宜和联合用药不适宜等。结论:通过处方及病历点评,分析和评价用药的合理性,可提高临床合理用药的水平,确保患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 BJECTIVE:To provide reference for the rational use of TCM injection in clinic. METHODS:15 918 and 13 132 prescriptions of TCM injection in PIVAS were randomly selected from Mar. to Apr. and Jul. to Aug. as well as 40 medical records of TCM injection from Mar. to Aug. in 2014. The use of TCM injection was analyzed statistically. RESULTS:There were 2419 prescriptions of TCM injection among the 15 918 prescriptions selected from PIVAS from Mar. to Apr.,235(9.71%)were unreasonable;1 957 prescriptions of TCM injections among the 13 132 prescriptions selected from Jul. to Aug.,154(7.87%)were unreasonable;and 24 irrational use(60.00%)among the 40 medical records of TCM injections. The irrational drug use was mainly for irrational application of solvent,over-dosage,unreasonable selection of drugs and unreasonable drug combination,etc. CONCLUSIONS:The level of rational drug use in clinic can be improved and the safety of drug use can be guaranteed through reviewing prescriptions and medical records,and analyzing and evaluating the rationality of drug use.更多还原
