【摘要】 目的:为临床合理使用免疫增强剂提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查法,收集我院2011年7月-2012年6月使用免疫增强剂的住院患者病历,分析评价药物使用的合理性。结果:调查的969份病历中,免疫增强剂的不合理使用率为33.7%,不合理现象主要表现在用药剂量(28.5%)、给药频率(27.6%)及给药疗程(19%)等方面。药物联用的种类数越多,不合理率越高。结论:免疫增强剂不合理使用率较高,加强其监管刻不容缓。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the rational application of immunopotentiator. METHODS:By retrospective survey,medical records of immunopotentiator were collected from our hospital during Jul. 2011-Jun. 2012. The rationality of drug use was analyzed and evaluated. RESULTS:Among 969 medical records,the irrational ratio of immunopotentiators was 33.7%,and the irrational forms mainly were drug dosage(28.5%),dosage frequency(27.6%)and medication course(19%),etc. The more immunopotentiators types,the higher rate of irrational drug use. CONCLUSIONS:The irrational rate of immunopotentiator is in high level,and it’s urgent to strengthen the superrision.更多还原
