【摘要】 本试验旨在探讨异丁酸对成年肉牛小肠内麦芽糖酶、淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶及脂肪酶活力的影响。试验分为对照组与试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮加每头每天6 g异丁酸。结果表明:基础日粮添加异丁酸后能够显著提升小肠内淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶与脂肪酶的活力,而对麦芽糖酶没有显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of isobutyric acid on maltase,amylase,trypsin and lipase activities in small intestine of adult beef cattle. The treatments were divided into control group and experimental group. The animals in control and experimental groups were fed with basal diet and the basal diet added 6 g isobutyric acid per animal per day. The results showed that the basal diet with isobutyric acid addition improved activities of amylase,trypsin and lipase but had no change in the activity of maltase.更多还原
