超营养剂量纳米硒对雄性大鼠生殖功能的影响

【摘要】 本试验研究了在超营养剂量下纳米硒(Se NPs)对SD雄性大鼠的血清中睾酮含量、睾丸组织的标志性酶活性、睾丸组织的抗氧化功能以及精子活力及其运动参数的影响。选取6周龄SD大鼠40只分4组,每天分别灌胃剂量为0、0.2、0.4、0.8 mg/kg BW的Se NPs1次,连续2周。结果表明:只有0.8 mg/kg BW的Se NPs显著促进了睾酮的分泌(P<0.05);0.4 mg/kg-BW的Se NPs使睾丸组织中CAT的值较对照组有显著升高(P<0.05),而对其他的指标没有产生显著影响;3个剂量组对于睾丸标志酶活性没有显著影响,但对于精子活力以及精子运动参数有较显著的促进作用。提示Se NPs在超营养剂量下能够促进大鼠的生殖功能。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of selenium nanoparticals(Se NPs) on serum testosteron e(T), key enzyme activities in testis, antioxidative function, sperm motility and its movement parameters of male SD rats in suparnutrition doses.A total of 40 of six-week-old male SD rats were divided randomly into four groups. The rats were administered with saline as normal control(NC), Se NPs at the dose of 0.2, 0.4, and 0.8 mg Se/kg-bw orally each day for 14 consecutive days. The results showed that the content of T in serum was significantly higher in 0.8 mg Se/kg-bw treatment group than that of the control group. The results of antioxidant indices of testis showed that CAT was significantly increased in the 0.4 mg/kg dose group compared with the control group, while there were no significant effects on other indexes of other three groups. There were no significantly effects on LDH, ACP and AKP enzyme activities in testis at the three doses of Se NPs. Results of sperm motility and sperm movement parameters showed that those three doses of Se NPs all can promote the sperm motility and movement parameters. It was concluded that Se NPs in the suparnutrition dose has positive effect on the reproductive function of male SD rats.
