2013年石嘴山市食品卫生质量监测报告

【摘要】 目的了解石嘴山市食品卫生质量状况,为开展食品安全监督工作提供科学依据。方法通过市场抽检检测方法 ,对石嘴山市市场肉类、蔬菜类和部分生熟食品进行化学残留物和污染菌检测。结果所抽检的畜禽肉中兽药残留量指标合格率为100%,生熟食品中微生物指标合格率98.11%,食品添加剂合格率97.76%,蔬菜农药残留量指标合格率为85.71%,叶类蔬菜农药残留量超标率高达70%。结论石嘴山市市场上肉食类基本无兽药残留,叶类蔬菜农药残留严重,应进一步加强食品安全的监管。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the sanitary quality of the food situation in Shizuishan City,and to provide scientific evidence for food safety supervision work. Methods The market sampling detection method was used to detect the chemical residues and contaminated bacteria in the Shizuishan city market for meat,vegetables and some raw and cooked food detection. Results The indicators pass rate of veterinary drug residues was 100% in the sampling in meat of livestock and poultry; those of raw and cooked food microorganism index,food additives,pesticide residues in vegetables indicators were98. 11%,97. 76%,85. 71% respectively. The leaf vegetable pesticide residues exceeded the standard rate of 70%. Conclusion There are basically no residues of veterinary drugs in Shizuishan city market of carnivorous. While leafy vegetables pesticide residues are serious,so further supervision for food safety should be strengthened.
