白藜芦醇对去卵巢大鼠抗氧化能力的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨白藜芦醇(RES)对去卵巢大鼠抗氧化能力影响。方法:48只SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别为假手术组、去卵巢组、己烯雌酚(DES,0.03mg/kg)、RES 5、15、45mg/kg组,处理90d,观察各组大鼠血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)在实验中期和末期的变化。结果:实验45d和90d,白藜芦醇各组的总SOD活力(分别为210.41±5.78、200.98±12.25、211.84±9.47和179.32±4.86、182.02±8.66、182.08±8.81NU/m L)高于模型组(分别为178.84±10.41、164.60±9.64NU/m L),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但均低于假手术组(分别为231.30±12.43、227.96±6.22NU/m L)(P<0.05)。血清MDA含量(分别为2.86±0.55、2.76±0.34、2.64±0.67和3.81±0.45、3.60±0.66、3.27±0.41nmol/m L)则都显著低于模型组(分别为4.11±0.66、4.72±0.73nmol/m L)(P<0.05),而与假手术组无统计学差异(分别为2.70±0.64、3.43±0.35nmol/m L)(P>0.05)。各组SOD和MDA实验45d与90d前后比较,变化均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白藜芦醇可增加去卵巢后大鼠血清中SOD活力,减少MDA浓度。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol( RES) on the anti-oxygen index,including superoxide dismutase( SOD) and malondialdehyde( MDA) in ovariectomized female rats. Methods Forty-eight SD female rats were randomly divided into 6groups including: sham operated group, ovariectomized( OVX) group, OVX supplemented with 0. 03 mg / kg diethylstilbestrol group( DES),and OVX rats supplemented with RES at 5,15 and 45mg/kg respectively. The duration of exposure was 90. The serum contents of SOD and MDA of rats were measured on the 45 thand 90th. Result On the 45 thand 90th,the serum contents of SOD of the RES groups rats( 210. 41 ±5. 78、200. 98 ±12. 25、211. 84 ±9. 47 and 179. 32 ± 4. 86、182. 02 ± 8. 66、182. 08 ± 8. 81NU/m L) were significantly higher than those of the OVX group rats( 178. 84 ± 10. 41 and 164. 60 ± 9. 64 NU / m L),( P < 0. 05),but significantly lower than those of the sham operated group rats( 231. 30 ± 12. 43 and 227. 96 ± 6. 22 NU / m L)( P < 0. 05). The serum contents of MDA of the RES groups rats( 2. 86 ±0. 55、2. 76 ± 0. 34、2. 64 ± 0. 67 and 3. 81 ± 0. 45、3. 60 ± 0. 66、3. 27 ± 0. 41nmol/m L) were significantly lower than those of the OVX group rats( 4. 11 ± 0. 66 and 4. 72 ± 0. 73 nmol / m L)( P < 0. 05),and the differences with the sham group( 2. 70 ± 0. 64 and3. 43 ± 0. 35 nmol / m L) were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Resveratrol increased concentration of SOD and decreased concentration of MDA of ovariectomized female rats.
