广州市海珠区2012-2014年梅毒流行病学分析和防控策略

【摘要】 目的了解广州市海珠区2012-2014年梅毒流行病学特征,为政府制定有效可行的防治措施提供参考。方法利用广州市海珠区2012-2014年梅毒监测数据进行资料分析。结果近3年梅毒平均发病率高达51.27/10万;男女性别比平均为1.24∶1;20~40岁及>60岁人群为高发年龄段,占总数的68.38%;闲职人员(家务及离退人员)占总人数的57.53%,商业服务人员增幅最大(年均增长约4%)。隐性梅毒所占构成比年均高达80.24%。区域分布中,赤岗街区高居第一位,占9.03%,官洲街区发病比例最少,占1.60%。结论梅毒已成为海珠区不容忽视的公共卫生问题,需要根据其流行病学特征制定有效的防治措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristic of syphilis in Haizhu district,Guangzhou from 2012 to 2014,and to provide the government a viable basis for the prevention and control strategy. Methods Analyzed the syphilis monitoring data of Haizhu district from 2012 to 2014. Results The average incidence rate during the past 3 years was51. 27 per 100 thousand residents. Among the reported cases,the average male / female ratio was 1. 24∶ 1. The highest syphilis incidence of age group was 20-40 years old and > 60 years old,which total account for 68. 38%. The incidence of sinecurist( housework and retirees) accounted for 57. 53%,and the commercial service personnels increased largest by around 4% per year. The incidence of latent syphilis was 80. 24% averagely. The region distribution showed that the top 1incidence of syphilis was Chigang street( 9. 03%),while the incidence of syphilis in Guanzhou street was the lowest( 1. 60%). Conclusion Syphilis has become a public health problem that can not be ignored in Haizhu district. The prevention and control strategy based on its epidemiological characteristic is needed to develop.
