【摘要】 目的研究吉林市疾病预防控制机构人员结构情况,为加强疾控体系建设提供科学参考依据。方法收集吉林市及9个县区级疾控中心的人员信息,分析评价年龄、学历、专业技术级别等指标。结果吉林市疾控机构共有在职人员607人,以公共卫生人员(31.30%)和检验人员(13.34%)为主,年龄构成以45~54岁年龄组人员所占比例最高(36.24%);学历构成以大专人员所占比例最高(34.76%);专业技术级别构成以中级的人员所占比例最高(30.97%)。结论吉林市疾控机构人员结构应进一步优化,不断提升服务能力,推进本市疾病预防控制事业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the personnel structure of disease control and prevention institutions in Jilin city,and provide scientific references for strengthening the construction of disease control and prevention system. Methods Personnel information of municipal and 9 district centers for disease control and prevention in Jilin city was collected,and analyzed for the indexes of age,education background and professional title. Results There were 607 employees in disease control and prevention institutions in Jilin city,and the major specialties were public health( 31. 30%) and health laboratory technology( 13. 34%). The highest proportion of age group was 45-54( 36. 24%),the highest proportion of education background was college degree( 34. 76%),and the highest proportion of professional title was medium grade( 30. 97%). Conclusion The personnel structure of disease control and prevention institutions in Jilin city remains to be further optimized,in order to improve the service ability and promote the development of the cause of disease control and prevention.更多还原
