不同工艺对冷却塔(水)清洗消毒效果的分析

【摘要】 目的对不同工艺清洗消毒冷却塔(水)的效果进行分析,为冷却塔(水)清洗消毒技术提供依据。方法调查分析本市清洗机构对冷却塔(水)使用的清洗消毒工艺,并采集消毒后的冷却水水样,依照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》附录B的方法检测嗜肺军团菌。结果 164个冷却塔(水)清洗消毒的总合格率为98.8%(162/164),阳性塔(水)与定期清洗塔、二氧化氯与含氯消毒剂、换水与不换水工艺的消毒合格率比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),但不换水工艺清洗消毒53个冷却塔(水)后,2份水样仍检出嗜肺军团菌,合格率为96.2%(51/53)。结论不换水工艺清洗消毒冷却塔(水)后仍检出嗜肺军团菌,存在技术缺陷,建议尽快制定空调冷却塔(水)具体的清洗消毒技术指南。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of cleaning and disinfection of the different process of cooling towers( water),provide the basis for cleaning and disinfection technology of cooling towers( water). Methods The cleaning mechanism was analyzed for cleaning and disinfection process of cooling tower( water) in the city,and the cooling water samples were collected after disinfection,according to the appendix B in the method of central Air-Conditioning Ventilation Systems in Public Places Health Standard,eosinophilic lung Legionella bacteria were detected. Results The total qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection was 98. 8%( 162 /164),the qualified rates were no statistically significant difference between positive tower( water) and regular cleaning tower,chlorine dioxide and chlorine disinfectants,changing water technology and no changing water process( average P > 0. 05). Two water samples were still detected lung Legionella in 53 cooling towers which had been disinfected with no changing water technology,the qualified rate was 96. 2%( 51 /53). Conclusion Lung Legionella bacteria is still detected with no changing water process technology,which has technical defect. It is suggested to develop specific technical guidelines for cleaning and disinfection of the cooling towers( water).
