【摘要】 本文的目的是研究实验动物隔离器现场评价性能指标及评价方法。笔者分析不同隔离器的功能结构特点以及其他设备相似评价项目的检测方法,研究适合隔离器现场评价的方法;阐述了不同种类隔离器应采用的性能指标,并探讨了隔离器现场评价应采用的实施方法。认为通过综合调研分析隔离器的结构功能特点,能够建立具有可操作性的现场评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research in- situ evaluation methods of laboratory animal isolator. Methods The different structural characteristics of the animal isolator was analyzed and similar items detection methods of other facilities and equipment were researched to establish a suitable isolation in- situ detection method. Results Performance indicators of different types of isolators were proposed and in- situ evaluation methods of isolator were discussed. Conclusion Through comprehensive research and analysis of structural characteristics of the animal isolator,operable in- situ evaluation methods are established.更多还原
