云南省怒江州少数民族农村妇女阴道微生态研究
Vaginal microecology of rural minority women in Nujiang,Yunnan
【摘要】 目的了解云南省怒江州少数民族农村妇女阴道微生态状况,针对现状加强对云南少数民族农村妇女生殖健康教育,改善其生活习惯。方法选取云南省怒江州3个自然村106名少数民族农村妇女作为研究对象,同期体检的120名昆明市健康妇女作对照。常规妇检采集阴道分泌物,进行H2O2含量检测、革兰染色后10×100倍油镜下观察,进行阴道微生态学评价(包括阴道菌群密集度、多样性、炎性反应状况)。结果对106例受检者筛查发现,阴道微生态正常者19例(占17.92%),阴道微生态失衡者(菌群异常、菌群抑制及菌群增殖过度)87例(占82.07%),乳酸杆菌检出率为16.04%;120名昆明健康体检妇女微生态正常者70例(占58.33%),阴道微生态失调50例(占41.66%),乳酸杆菌检出率为59.17%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云南省怒江州少数民族农村妇女阴道微生态状况较城市人群差,应加强对云南农村少数民族妇女生殖健康知识的普及,改善其生殖健康状况。
【Abstract】 Objective To learn the vaginal microecological status of rural minority women in Nujiang,Yunnan to promote reproductive health education.Methods 106 rural women of ethnic minority from 3natural villages in Nujiang,Yunnan were selected as the subjects,with 120 healthy women from Kunming as the controls.Vaginal discharges were collected to detect the H2O2 content with conventional gynecological examination method;Gram staining was conducted for vaginal micro-ecological evaluation(including density and diversity of vaginal flora and inflammatory reaction).Results Of the 106 subjects,19cases(17.92%)had normal vaginal flora,while 87cases(82.07%)had vaginal microecological imbalance(abnormal flora,bacteria inhibition and excessive bacteria proliferation);The detection rate of lactic acid bacteria was16.04%.In contrast,there were 70cases(58.33%)of normal microecology and 50cases(41.66%)of vaginal microecological imbalance in the 120 healthy women;The detection rate of lactic acid bacteria 59.17%,significantly different from that of the rural minority subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion The vaginal microecological status of the rural minority women in Nujiang of Yunnan province is inferior to that of the urban population.Education of reproductive health knowledge should be further strengthened in rural minority region of Yunnan to help improve the reproductive health status of the local women.
