结核分枝杆菌北京基因型菌株流行的可能机制
Possible mechanisms for prevalence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Beijing genotype strains
【摘要】 北京基因型菌株是结核分枝杆菌的一个进化支,通过分子流行病学、实验和临床研究调查,基于其传播和引起疾病能力的增强及遗传同质性,可能比其他结核分枝杆菌菌株更有选择性优势。不同的细胞实验和动物模型证明,相比其他基因型菌株,北京基因型菌株毒力更强,引起更严重的组织病理学改变,加速疾病的进程同时增加死亡率,抑制宿主免疫反应。文献报道显示,北京基因型菌株具有独特的基因型,其超毒力可以通过与宿主免疫系统的相互作用来说明。本文综述近年北京基因型菌株流行及菌株毒力方面的研究成果。
【Abstract】 The Beijing genotype strains,a clade of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,have a selective advantage over other M. tuberculosis strains due to their increased ability to spread and cause disease and their genetic homogeneity revealed by molecular-epidemiological,experimental and clinical studies. Different cell experiments and animal infection models have shown that Beijing genotype strains are more virulent and have higher potential to cause histopathological changes,accelerate the progression of diseases,increase mortality and suppress the host’s immune response. Previously reported studies shows unique genotypes of Beijing genotype strains,this hypervirulence may be explained by differences in their interaction with the host immune system. This review discusses the recent studies that have been done in discovering the prevalence and virulence of Beijing genotype strains.
