【摘要】 目的研究缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压(EH)的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月~2014年8月收治的132例EH患者为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组与对照组,各66例。对照组患者单独服用缬沙坦,研究组患者应用缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。治疗8周后,比较两组患者的心率、血压值、总有效率以及不良反应发生率等。结果研究组患者的SBP、DBP值明显低于对照组,总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗EH具有较好的降压效果,且安全性较高,可推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate treating essential hypertension(EH).Methods 132 patients with EH received by our hospital from March 2012 to August 2014 were selected as study group.Patients were randomly divided into study group(n=66)and control group(n=66).Patients in control group were simply given valsartan,while patients in study group were given valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate.After 8 weeks treatment,heart rate,blood pressure value,the total effective and incidence rate of adverse reaction and so on between two groups was compared respectively.Results The SBP and DBP in study group was obviously lower than that of control group,the total effective rate in study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference of incidence rate of adverse reaction between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate treating EH has a better antihypertensive effect and with higher safety.It can be popularized.更多还原
