【摘要】 目的探讨由中心供应室参与临床科室无菌物品管理的效果。方法选择我院手外科2014年11月~2015年2月科室无菌物品的管理工作情况作为对照组(无菌包216个),选择试行由中心供应室全程负责科室无菌物品的管理后科室2015年3~6月的情况作为观察组(无菌包200个)。实施2个月后进行效果评价,对两组的过期无菌包、纸塑包装破损及无菌包污染的发生率、无菌物品管理耗时进行评价比较。结果观察组过期无菌包、纸塑包装破损及无菌包污染发生率分别为1.0%、0%、0%,而对照组分别为5.1%、2.3%、3.2%,观察组过期无菌包、纸塑包装破损及无菌包污染发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的无菌物品管理耗时为(5.0±3.9)min/d,对照组为(12.0±4.5)min/d,观察组管理耗时明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心供应室参与临床科室无菌物品管理可以降低无菌物品过期及污染的发生率,保证无菌物品质量,并减少护士工作量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of central supply room participating in clinical departments for aseptic materials administration. Methods From November 2014 to February 2015,administration of aseptic materials in hand surgery department in our hospital was selected as control group(216 sterile packs).From March to June in 2015,management of aseptic materials responsible by central supply room for the department was piloted as observation group(200 sterile packs).After 2-month implementation,the effect was evaluated.The incidences of expired sterile pack,breakage of paper plastic package,and sterile pack contaminated and time-consuming of aseptic materials administration were evaluated and compared. Results In the observation group,the incidences of expired sterile pack,breakage of paper plastic package,and sterile pack contaminated was 1.0%,0%,and 0% respectively,while the incidences was 5.1%,2.3%,and 3.2% accordingly in the control group.These incidences in the observation group were greatly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time-consuming of aseptic materials administration by nursing personnel was(5.0±3.9) min/d,while in the control group,the time-consuming was(12.0±4.5) min/d. Obviously,administration time-consuming in the observation group was shorter in comparison with that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Central supply room participating in clinical departments for aseptic materials administration can decrease the incidences of aseptic materials expired and contaminated,guarantee the quality of aseptic materials,and reduce nurses workload,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.更多还原
