PI3K/AKT/Bcl-2凋亡信号传导通路的研究进展
Research progress of PI3K/AKT/Bcl-2 apoptosis signal transduction pathway
【摘要】 细胞信号传导通路与疾病的相关性是近年来的研究热点,磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(AKT)信号通路是其中的一条重要通路,具有促进细胞增殖、抑制凋亡、促进细胞迁移以及血管生成和影响疾病预后等功能。当PI3K/AKT信号通路被激活后,其通过影响下游的多种效应分子,影响细胞凋亡,进而导致疾病的发生、发展。B细胞淋巴瘤-2蛋白(Bcl-2)是AKT的底物之一,能够抑制细胞的凋亡,导致多种疾病如肿瘤或瘢痕等发生。本文就PI3K/AKT/Bcl-2信号通路的组成、调节以及与疾病的关系展开综述。
【Abstract】 The relational study between cell signaling transmission pathway and diseases has been the hot spot in the recent years.Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinases B(AKT) signaling pathway is one of the significant pathways,which has functions of promoting cell proliferation,inhibiting apoptosis,promoting cell migration,angiogenesis and influencing disease prognosis.When the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway is activated,it affects the cell apoptosis by affecting many kinds of effector molecules,which can lead to the occurrence and development of the disease.B cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2) is one of the substrates of AKT,which can inhibit cell apoptosis,lead to many diseases such as tumor or scar.In this paper,the composition and regulation of PI3K/AKT/Bcl-2 signaling pathway and the relationship between the disease and the disease are summarized.
