【Abstract】 Objective Crohn disease(CD) is a kind of inflammatory bowel disease that often occurs in the colon and small intestine or stomach.The cause may be associated with the body’s immune function loss,but the specific mechanism needs further research.Clinical symptoms of CD lacks specificity and are easy for merging other complications,which seriously affect the patient’s normal life.In addition to the individual need for operation treatment,most patients with CD can use drug therapy,mainly including corticosteroids,5-aminosalicylic acid,immunosuppressants,anti-tumor necrosis factor monoclonal antibody and enteral nutrition preparations and so on.To strengthen the daily management of patients with CD can help to relieve the clinical symptoms.and prevent the emergence of the related complications.更多还原
