【摘要】 结肠定位给药系统随着药物制剂技术的提高逐渐向高效、低度、长效的方向发展,在结肠局部疾病的治疗中,对提高药物疗效、减少药物的副作用具有重要的临床意义。根据结肠生理结构特点可将结肠定位给药系统大致分为:p H依赖型给药系统、时间依赖型给药系统、压力控制型给药系统、酶解型给药系统。高新材料和定位技术的突破是结肠定位给药系统发展的驱动力。结肠定位给药系统作为高新的现代定位给药制剂具有重大的科研价值和广阔的市场价值。本文就国内外结肠定位给药系统的研究进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colonic drug delivery system developed towards efficient,low-grade,long-term with the improvement of the drug formulation technology and have important clinical implications in the treatment of localized disease of the colon,improving drug efficacy,reducing side effects.Colonic drug delivery system can be roughly divided into p H-dependent drug delivery systems,time-dependent delivery system,pressure-controlled drug delivery system and enzyme-type delivery system according to the physical structure characteristics of the colon.Breakthrough in high-tech materials and positioning technology is the driving force of development of colonic drug delivery system.Colonic drug delivery system is of great scientific value and broad market value as high-tech modern drug delivery formulations.This paper reviews the research progress of colonic drug delivery system both at home and abroad.更多还原
