PDCA循环法在多重耐药菌感染监控中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨PDCA循环法在多重耐药菌感染监控中的应用效果。方法选取本院2014年3~7月收治的32例多重耐药菌患者的临床资料,所有病例均予以PDCA循环法监控。PDCA循环法的具体实施为3个月一轮,重点监控对患者护理当中的缺陷,比较管理前后护士对多重耐药菌感染的处置能力,并分析患者对PDCA循环法实施的满意度。结果 13个月后,比较管理前后,护士对多重耐药菌感染的处置能力,通过统计学方法分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。232例患者中,对PDCA循环法感到满意者23例,较满意者8例,总满意度为96.88%。结论 PDCA循环法在多重耐药菌感染监控中有重要的应用价值,可广泛推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of plan-do-check action cycle(PDCA) on infection supervision of multidrug-resistant bacteria. Methods From March to July in 2014,clinical data from 32 patients diagnosed as multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO) and admitted into our hospital were selected. All cases were supervised by PDCA cycle. One round of PDCA cycle lasted 3 months. Shortcomings during nursing were mainly supervised,nurse′s disposal capability of infection of MDRO before and after management was compared,and patient′s satisfaction on implementation of PDCA cycle was analyzed. Results After 3 months,there was a statistical difference in nurse′s disposal capability of infection of MDRO before and after management by statistical analysis(P <0.05). Among all these participants,there were 23 cases feeling very satisfied and 8 relatively satisfied on PDCA cycle,and the total satisfaction was96.88%. Conclusion PDCA cycle plays an important application value on infection supervision of MDRO,which is worthy of expansive promotion.
