【摘要】 目的探讨区域性综合管理模式对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的治疗效果及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2013年6月~2014年5月在广州市白云区妇幼保健院行常规产检、OGTT试验确诊的GDM患者160例,随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组采用区域性综合管理模式进行管理,对照组采用产科一般饮食指导、药物治疗等,比较两组的妊娠结局。结果研究组患者的健康自我管理意识、血糖控制效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者剖宫产、羊水过多、子痫前期、生殖道感染、早产、产后出血、巨大儿及新生儿低血糖的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论区域性综合管理模式可加大对GDM患者的管理力度,提高孕产妇的健康管理意识和治疗依从性,有效控制孕产妇血糖水平,减少母儿并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of regional synthetic administration model for treatment of gestational diabetes and pregnancy outcome. Methods 160 GDM patients who diagnosed by MCH routine check-ups,OGTT test in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City from June 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into study group and control group.Study group was used regional synthetic administration model, control group was used obstetric general dietary guidelines, drug treatment.Pregnancy outcomes between two groups was compared respectively. Results The effect of self-management and maternal glycemic control in research group of was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Cesarean section,polyhydramnios,incidence of preeclampsia,reproductive tract infections,premature rupture of membranes,hemorrhage,a huge child and neonatal hypoglycemia significantly of study group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Regional synthetic administration model can increase compliance,improve awareness and adherence to treatment, control the maternal blood sugar levels and reduce the complications.更多还原
