【摘要】 目的探讨导向性心理干预对老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者的影响。方法选取本院2011年5月~2014年5月收治的108例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组。对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组在对照组的基础上实施导向性心理干预,比较两组的临床效果。结果两组护理后的VAS评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理后的VAS评分显著低于对照组护理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的总有效率为96.30%,显著高于对照组的81.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导向性心理干预在老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of oriented psychological intervention in patients with elderly cutaneous pruritus. Methods 108 cases with elderly cutaneous pruritus in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the experiment group was given oriented psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.Clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results The VAS score in two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,with significant difference(P <0.05).The VAS score in the experiment group after nursing was lower than that in the control group after nursing,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experiment was 96.30%,which was higher than 81.48%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of oriented psychological intervention in patients with elderly cutaneous pruritus is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
