【摘要】 目的探讨舒缓护理在癌症患者临终阶段的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的78例癌症晚期患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒缓护理。比较两组的生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组的躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能以及整体生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒缓护理可以提高癌症临终患者的生存质量,有效缓解其心理压力,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of palliative care in last stage of cancer patient. Methods 78 cancer patients in last stage from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given palliative care.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The score of life quality about physical performance,emotional function,cognitive function and overall life quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Palliative care can improve the quality of life in last-stage cancer patients and effectively alleviate their mental stress,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
