【摘要】 目的探讨特殊护理干预对脑血管病致肢体偏瘫患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2013年2月~2014年4月本院收治的80例脑卒中诱发肢体偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予基础护理,观察组给予特殊护理干预。比较两组的生活质量评分和并发症发生率。结果观察组的躯体功能评分与心理功能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特殊护理干预能够提高脑血管病致肢体偏瘫患者的生活质量和预后水平,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of special nursing intervention on living quality in patient with limb hemiplegia caused by cerebrovascular disease. Methods 80 patients with limb hemiplegia caused by cerebral apoplexy from February 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,the observation group was given special nursing intervention.The score of living quality and the incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared. Results The score of physical function and psychological function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion Special nursing intervention can improve the living quality and prognosis in patient with limb hemiplegia caused by cerebrovascular diseases,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
