【摘要】 目的观察普拉洛芬滴眼液联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼的临床效果。方法选取本院门诊2013年9月~2014年2月确诊的100例干眼患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例。试验组给予普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇滴眼治疗,对照组给予聚乙二醇滴眼治疗,4次/d,1滴/次,治疗28 d。第7、14、28天观察两组的干眼主观症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分。结果治疗前两组的干眼主观症状评分、BUT、SⅠt和FL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后7 d,两组的干眼主观症状评分减少、BUT增加、SⅠt增加、FL评分降低,均较治疗前好转,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后14、28 d,两组的干眼主观症状评分、BUT和FL评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SⅠt差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组结膜充血治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普拉洛芬联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼的效果显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of pranoprofen combined with polythylene glycol eye drops in the treatment of dry eye. Methods 100 outpatients with dry eye in our hospital from September 2013 to February 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group,experimental group were treated with pranoprofen combined with polythylene glycol eye drops,and control group were treated with polythylene glycol eye drops,4 times per day,1 drop per time,both of two groups were treated for 28 days.Subjective symptoms of dry eye score,tear break-up time(BUT),Schirmer Ⅰ test(S Ⅰ t) and corneal fluorescein staining(FL) score of the two groups at the 7th,14 th,28thday was recorded and analyzed. Results Subjective symptoms of dry eye score,BUT,S Ⅰ t and FL score between the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).After 7 days treatment,subjective symptoms of dry eye score decreased,BUT increased,S Ⅰ t increased,FL score decreased,improved compared with before treatment,but the difference was not significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14,28 days treatment,subjective symptoms of dry eye score,BUT,FL score between the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),but SⅠ t had no significant difference(P >0.05).The cure rate of conjunctival hyperemia in the experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Pranoprofen combined with polythylene glycol eye drops in the treatment of dry eye has significant efficacy,is worthy of application in clinic.更多还原
