【Abstract】 Some evidences illustrates that diabetes is a state of thrombus.Series changes of blood coagulateon and fibrinolysis system play an important role during the processs of the diabetic microangiopathy.D-dimer is used clinically to reflect one of the most reliable indicators of coagulation and fibrinolytic activation,so D-dimer who plays role in the pathogenesis of diabetic microvascular complications has become the research hot spot.This paper summarizes the current research on the plasma D-dimer and diabetic microangiopathy.更多还原
