【摘要】 目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)联合检测在肝癌诊断中的应用价值。方法以80例肝癌患者作为观察组,50例良性肝病患者为良性肝病对照组和30例健康体检者作为正常对照组,对其血液中的AFP、CA125、GGT、AFU进行联合检测。结果观察组血清AFP、CA125、GGT、AFU水平明显高于良性肝病对照组及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性肝病对照组血清AFP、CA125、GGT、AFU水平较正常对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组单项阳性检出率从高到低依次为:GGT(71.25%)、AFP(66.25%)、AFU(63.75%)、CA125(61.25%),均低于联合检测(93.75%)(P<0.05)。结论多种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测能明显提高阳性检出率,对肝癌的诊断具有重要的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate application value of the alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carbohydrate antigen-125(CA125),glutamyl transferase(GGT)and α-L-fucosidase(AFU)in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 80 cases of liver cancer as the observation group,50 cases of benign liver disease as benign liver disease control group and 30 healthy volunteers as normal control group,the blood levels of AFP,CA125,GGT,AFU were detected. Results The serum level of AFP,CA125,GGT,AFU in observation group was significantly higher than that in benign liver disease control group and normal control group respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The serum level of AFP,CA125,GGT,AFU in the benign liver disease control group was higher than that in normal control group respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The single positive detection rate in observation group from high to low were GGT(71.25%),AFP(66.25%),AFU(63.75%),CA125(61.25%),and all the single positive detection rate was lower than than that in combined detection(93.75%)respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion Several serum tumor markers combined detection can significantly improve the positive detection rate,and has important application value in diagnosis of liver cancer,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
