【摘要】 目的探讨中医护理干预在糖尿病患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法将本院2008年6月~2010年6月收治的糖尿病患者随机抽取220例作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析。对照组患者110例,为门诊所收治的患者,仅给予常规降糖药物治疗;观察组患者110例,为本院住院患者,在对其进行常规降糖药物治疗的基础上,给予中医护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、生活质量。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者采取常规治疗的同时,给予中医护理干预能有效提高患者的生活质量及相关治疗效果,对患者血糖控制较为明显,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes. Methods 220 patients from patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2010 were exacted randomly as the study objects,and they were retrospectively analyzed.110 patients in the control group were from the outpatient and they were given the routine hypoglycemic drug treatment,while 110 cases in the observation group were TCM nursing intervention on the basis of treatment of conventional antidiabetic drugs,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,quality of life before and after nursing in the two groups were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group.and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine treatment is taken for patients with diabetes,at the same time,traditional Chinese medicine nursing applied in patients can effectively improve the quality of life in patients and related treatment effect,and it has obvious effect for blood glucose control,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
