【摘要】 通过Orbit.com网站对2004—2013年中华人民共和国国家知识产权局授权的足球鞋发明专利的专利引文进行检索,运用社会网络分析原理对专利引文的网络拓扑属性进行分析。研究认为,我国足球鞋发明专利前期积累匮乏,现阶段足球鞋发明专利的技术含量较低;技术扩散及融合、技术转移、技术影响力与被影响力反映了专利引文网络中的核心技术、交叉研究的热点技术、技术节点在网络中的整体影响程度;独立的技术集群、局部聚类、奇异值分解法体现了网络中技术会聚以及技术多元化分析,反映了前期足球鞋发明专利的技术板块、不同技术交叉应用、技术传播速度状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the Orbit.com to retrieval the football shoes invention patent citation of the application for the People’s Republic of China intellectual property office from 2004 to 2013years,using the principle of the social network to analyze the patent citation network topological properties.The result shows that the China’s football shoes invention patent accumulation is lack in the early period,technology content of football shoes invention patent is low at the present stage,technology diffusion and fusion,technology transformation,technology influence and influenced reflects the core technology,hotspot technology of crossover study,the overall impact of technology node in the network;independent technology cluster,part clustering,Singular value decomposition method reflected the technology convergence and diversity analysis in the network,reflects the early technology sector,different cross application of technology and technical propagation velocity of football shoes invention patent.更多还原
