ICP-AES法同时测定四种不同酱油中的10种无机元素
Simultaneous Determination of Ten Inorganic Elements in Four Different Soy Sauces by ICP-AES
【摘要】 采用微波消解处理样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定四种不同酱油(老抽、生抽、铁强化酱油、草菇酱油)中的10种无机元素Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Cr,Al,Ni和Pb的含量。方法的加标回收率为95.7%~105.3%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)≤3.18%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。试验结果表明:四种酱油中均含有Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn和Cu等对人体有益的常量和微量无机元素,各元素在不同酱油样品中存在一定的差异性。研究结果为酱油品质的评价提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 The content of ten inorganic elements such as Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Cr,Al,Ni and Pb in four kinds of soy sauce( dark soy sauce,light soy sauce,straw mushroom soy sauce and iron fortified soy sauce) is simultaneous determined by ICP-AES with microwave digestion. The recoveries obtained by standard addition method are between 95. 7% and 105. 3%,while the RSD( n = 6) ≤3. 18%,the method has good accuracy and precision. The results show that the four different soy sauces are all rich in Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn and Cu,which are essential to human body,and vary in the content of inorganic elements. The results have provided a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of soy sauce.
