壮秧剂处理对干旱胁迫下甜菜纸筒苗叶片游离氨基酸含量和解剖结构的影响
Effect of Seedling-strengthening-agent on Leaf Free Amino Acids and Anatomy Structure of Sugarbeet Seedlings Raised by Paper-tube under Drought Stress
【摘要】 试验结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,甜菜壮秧剂的使用,可以降低甜菜纸筒苗叶片总氨基酸含量和其中大多数游离氨基酸含量,显著降低了叶片中脯氨酸含量;可以提高主脉厚度、木质部厚度、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、叶片组织结构紧密度和叶片组织结构疏松度。壮秧剂的使用可以提高甜菜纸筒苗抗干旱胁迫能力。
【Abstract】 The results indicated total content of free amino acids and most of the free amino acids, particularly content of proline(pro) significantly in leaf of paper-tube raised sugarbeet seedling were decreased by applying seedling-strengthening-agent under drought stress. Seedling-strengthening-agent increased thickness of leaf,chief vein, xylem, palisade tissue, spongy tissue, compactness and porosity of leaf organization structure. Drought stress resistance of paper-tube sugarbeet seedlings was raised by seedling-strengthening-agent.
