国产单胚甜菜保持系和不育系制种行比对发芽率的影响

Effects of Different Row Proportions of Maintainer Lines and Male Sterile Lines of Monogerm Sugarbeet in Seed Reproduction Field on Germination of Seeds

【摘要】 为了确定国产单胚甜菜保持系和不育系制种最适栽植行比,选择2对不育系与保持系即兰85-CMS×兰85-O和兰71-CMS×兰71-O为试验材料,2012年按保持系与不育系行比为1:3、1:4栽植母根,2013年按保持系与不育系行比为1:10栽植母根。结果表明,随着不育系行数增加,即与保持系距离越远,则种子发芽率越低,选择保持系与不育系行比为1:4最佳,种子发芽率最高。

【Abstract】 Two pairs of domestic monogerm sugarbeet maintainer and sterile lines of Lan 85-CMS×Lan 85-O and Lan 71-CMS×Lan 71-0 were used as experimental materials.In 2012,ratios of maintainer and sterile line at 1:3 and 1:4 planting mother roots,and in 2013,the ratio of 1:10 to determine the optimal planting rows.The results showed that,with the increase of the number of sterile line planting rows,that keep the farther the distance with maintainer,the lower the seed germination rate;the seed germination percentage achieved highest when proportion of maintainer lines and sterile line was 1:4.
