6-苄基腺嘌呤对甜菜种子萌发的影响
Effect of 6-benzyladenine on Sugarbeet Seed Vigor and Bud
【摘要】 研究了甜菜种子经不同浓度6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)浸泡处理后,甜菜种子芽率、种子活力及幼苗生理生化的变化。结果表明,6-BA有助于提高甜菜种子活力、能缩短出苗时间,显著提高种子简化活力指数,以0.1 mg/L和0.5 mg/L浸种效果最好。6-BA处理种子后,对其幼苗的干重和株高有影响,同时幼苗的电解质外渗率和丙二醛含量较对照有所下降,叶绿素含量变化不显著。
【Abstract】 Seed germination rate,the seed vigor and physiological and biochemical changes of seedlings were studied with sugarbeet seeds(varieties:Xintian 14 and 15)soaked by different concentrations 6-BA(6-benzyladenine).The results show that 6-BA improves sugarbeet seed vigor and seeds simplified vigor index,shortens the time of emergence.The effective concentrations of 6-BA are 0.1 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L.In comparison with control 6-BA seed treatment has altered the plant dry weight and plant height while electrolyte exosmosis rate(ELR) and malondialdehyde(MDA) content are decreased,chlorophyll content of leaves does not show significant changes.
