多孔生物陶瓷对龙胆紫吸附的研究

【摘要】 为了从海链藻中提取一种生物硅结构(硅质壳),通过酸洗和焙烧结合处理,有效的去除了海链藻中有机质和无机杂质,提取得到硅质壳。利用SEM、EDX和BET对硅质壳进行表征。研究了硅质壳对龙胆紫的吸附影响因素。结果表明,硅质壳的最佳用量为0.5 g/L,常温下即有很好的吸附效果,300 min可达到吸附平衡,在碱性条件下去除龙胆紫效果明显,硅质壳对龙胆紫的去除率可达到90%以上。该工艺简单,成本低廉,具有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In order to purify the biosilica structures of diatoms called frustules, a two-step acid cleaning and baking method was employed. By this path, organic matter and inorganic impurities can be removed very effectively. The sample was characterized by the SEM, EDX and BET method. Adsorption influence factors for the frustules to adsorb gentian violet were studied. The results show that the optimal dosage of sorbent is 0.5 g/L, at room temperature, at 300 min there could be the adsorption equilibrium, and strong alkaline condition could generate better removal effect, it can be seen that the removal efficiency of gentian violet can reach over 90%. This technology is simple and cheap, and has a good application prospect.
