安徽某长石矿精选工艺试验研究

【摘要】 对安徽某长石矿原矿性质与特征进行了研究,采用"破碎-分级-浮选-磁选-化学漂白"工艺流程,通过正交试验确定了化学漂白制度为保险粉0.3%、硫脲0.3%、矿浆浓度为20%,搅拌60 min,长石精矿煅烧后的白度能达到64以上,长石品质有了显著的提升,获得了低品质长石矿加工提纯技术和合理的工艺路线,为提高低品质长石资源的品质提供了很好的参考依据。

【Abstract】 The properties and characteristics of some feldspar ore from Anhui were studied, "broken-classificationflotation-magnetic-chemical bleaching" technology process and orthogonal test were used to determine the insurance Chemical bleaching system: powder 0.3%, thiourea 0.3%, concentration of 20%, mixing 60 minutes. Under these conditions, feldspar concentrate calcined whiteness can reach over 64, and feldspar quality was significantly improved. Purification technology and reasonable process route of low-quality feldspar ore can be accessed, which can provid good reference for improving the quality of low-quality feldspar resources.
