全球氧化锆陶瓷专利信息分析

Analysis in Global and Chinese Patent Information for Zirconia Ceramics

【摘要】 为便于了解氧化锆陶瓷在国内外的专利状况,掌握研发动态,全面检索了世界上氧化锆陶瓷专利。从专利的总体状况、IPC分类号、申请及公开趋势、研发团队、国家和地区分布以及中国专利的法律状态等进行了数据统计分析。国外氧化锆陶瓷起步早,技术领先,专利布局合理。中国相对起步较晚,但发展迅速,自2010年以来专利数量增长了56.55%。我国应加强企业的创新能力和产学研结合,注重知识产权保护战略,把握氧化锆陶瓷发展的"黄金时期"。

【Abstract】 To facilitate the understanding of status quo of the zirconia ceramics patents inside and outside China, as well as to keep up with state-of-art research, comprehensive research of zirconia ceramic patents was conducted. Statistics data on the situation of the patent, IPC, application and publication tendency, inventors, geographical distribution, and the legal status of Chinese patent was analyzed.Foreign patent applications of zirconia ceramics started early, holding technology leading status and taking up reasonable patent strategic layout. The development of patent applications in China is relatively late, but developing rapidly. Since 2010, the number of patents in China has increased by 56.55%. Our country should enhance innovation capacity of enterprises along with further combination of production, education and research. It is the right time to focus on intellectual property protection strategy and seize the "golden period" of zirconia ceramics.
