La2O3对形成镁铝尖晶石转变温度的影响

【摘要】 采用固相烧结法合成镁铝尖晶石粉末,通过X射线衍射分析形成尖晶石的转变温度。结果表明:加入稀土La2O3含量大于1 wt%时,随着La2O3含量的增加,稀土La2O3对尖晶石的相变转变温度的抑制作用增强;随着温度的升高,尖晶石生成量增加。在1500℃下,随着保温时间的延长,尖晶石晶相进一步趋于完善。

【Abstract】 Magnesia-alumina spinel was synthesised by Solid-phase sintering method. The phase transformation temperature of spinel was studied by XRD.The results indicate,when La2O3 content is more than 1 wt%, that inhibiting effect of La2O3 on phase transformation temperature is increased with the increase of the content. The generation of spinel are increased with increasing temperature. Below 1500 ℃, extending holding time is beneficial to the development of the spinel crystal.
