蓟县锰方硼石尾矿高温变化及性能研究

【摘要】 通过对天津蓟县锰方硼石重选尾矿进行高温处理,研究焙烧过程中尾矿的物理性质和晶体结构变化,探讨以该尾矿为主要原料制备陶瓷材料的可能性。采用X-射线衍射、热分析、扫描电镜及能谱等分析方法测试了不同温度条件下焙烧样品的晶体结构和微观形貌的变化,探讨了高温固相反应和相态变化的机理。结果发现:该尾矿的主要成分有石英、橄榄石、白云石和锰方硼石,以及少量的滑石、菱沸石、氧化亚铁和利蛇纹石等,所制备的陶瓷样品的抗折强度为45MPa,平均收缩率为11.9%。焙烧时,尾矿中的白云石分解出的Mg O和Ca O从600℃开始与石英反应,形成透辉石,900℃时进一步与Mn2+反应形成斜锰辉石。

【Abstract】 In the present paper, the Jixian chambersite ore tailings were treated at high temperature, the physical property changes and reaction mechanism of ore tailings during the process of calcination were studied, to investigate the possibility of the tailings as the main raw material preparation of ceramic. Changes of the ore tailings’ crystal structure, morphological specificity and microstructure at different calcinated temperatures were studied by means of X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy spectrometer. The mechanism of high temperature solid state reaction and phase changes of ore tailings were investigated based on the analysis of thermal analysis curves, component changes and crystal morphology. The results indicated that the main components of the tailings were quartz, olivine dolomite and chambersite and a small of talcum, zeolite, ophiolite. Fiexural strength of ceramics that made by the tailings was 45 MPa and the water absorption was 11.9%. From the temperature of 600 ℃, diopside was generated by the quartz together with Ca O and Mg O decomposed from dolomite in the tailings, ferrous oxide, with the further reaction, at 900 ℃, kanoite was generated by diopside and Mn2+.
