利用铅锌银矿尾矿研制琉璃瓦
Development and Research of Glazed Tiles with Lead Zinc and Silver Mine Tailings Mine Tailings
【摘要】 以铅锌银矿尾矿为主要原料,辅以红泥、高岭土,在1160~1170℃煅烧形成结构致密琉璃瓦。结果表明:采用配方组成为铅锌银矿尾矿36~37%、红泥45~46%高岭土18~19%、制得的琉璃瓦坯体,XRD分析主晶相有石英、钙长石、莫来石等,扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明琉璃瓦坯体颗粒紧密排列,颗粒之间有少量的空隙。釉面较平整,釉坯中间层紧密。试样的吸水率、弯曲破坏荷重、热稳定性能和抗冻性等指标均能达到《建筑琉璃制品》JC/T765-2006标准要求。这不仅利用了铅锌尾矿,缓解其对环境的污染,又降低了琉璃瓦生产成本,变废为宝。
【Abstract】 The main raw material of porcelain body was lead zinc and silver mine tailings,and selected the red mud,kaolin auxiliary material,then fired temperatures is from 1160 ~ 1170 ℃.The results show that the formula composition is lead zinc and silver mine tailings 36 ~ 37%,red mud 45 ~ 46% and kaolin 18 ~ 19%,obtained glazed body,XRD analysis of samples showed that the main phase of the specimens is quartz,anorthite,mullite etc.SEM analysis of samples illustrated that glazed tile porcelain body were more closely,a small amount of gaps existed inter-particle,the appearance of glaze was smooth,the middle layer of glaze and porcelain body was close.The water absorption test samples,bending failure load,thermal stability and frost resistance were up to the standards requirements of the "building terra cotta "(JC765-2006).It used the lead and zinc tailings,and remission the environment pollution,reduced the production cost of glazed tiles,turning waste into treasure.
