钛酸钡纳米粉体的水热合成研究
Study on Hydrothermal Synthesis of Barium Titanate Nano-powder
【摘要】 采用水热法,以二氧化钛和氢氧化钡为原料,氢氧化钠作为反应矿化剂进行反应合成BaTiO3纳米粉体。通过调节各种反应条件,并结合其产品XRD谱图分析,获得最佳的水热反应条件为:Ba/Ti比为1.2∶1,NaOH浓度为2.5 mol/L,温度220℃,时间为12 h。在该条件下获得的钛酸钡产品为立方相,形貌均匀,纯度较高,粒径处于80 nm范围,BET为14.62m2/g。介电常数测试表明该产品具有稳定的介电性能。
【Abstract】 Using the mineralizer of NaOH and the reactants of TiO2 and Ba(OH)2·8H2O, Ba TiO3 nano-powders were prepared by the hydrothermal method. By adjusting the reaction conditions and the XRD patterns results, the optimum reaction conditions is as follows: Ba/Ti=1.2 ∶ 1, Na OH concentration of 2.5 mol/L, temperature of 220 ℃, time of 12 h. Under these reaction conditions, the products of Ba Ti O3 have cubic phase, uniform morphology, higher purity, particle size around 80 nm, BET of 14.62m2/g. This product has stable dielectric property.
