康熙青花色料的仿制研究

【摘要】 以探索再现研制康熙青花色料为目的,在Co-Al尖晶石为基础的钴蓝色料中引入不同比例的Fe2O3和MnO2,并探讨其对合成康熙青花色料的呈色影响。通过XRD、能谱仪及色度仪对样品进行测试分析,研究表明,随着Fe/Co值的升高,青花色料的呈色逐渐由明蓝向暗蓝色转变;Mn/Co值的升高,青花色料的呈色逐渐由明蓝色向灰青色转变。在合成过程中得到不同比例的CoAl2O4、FeAl2O4、MnAl2O4、Mn0.83Al1.96Fe0.21O4晶体,这些物质与游离态的铁、钴、锰离子所形成的化合物共同作用,影响着青花色料的呈色效果。

【Abstract】 In this paper, exploration and research on represent of Kangxi cobalt blue pigment for the purpose,introduced different proportions Fe2O3 and Mn O2 in Co-Al spinel based cobalt blue pigment to synthetise the pigment of Kangxi blue and white porcelain. By means of XRD and chromaticity instrument on the sample test analysis.The results showed that: In the synthesis of cobalt blue pigment, with the increase of Fe/Co, make the color by the bright blue of the blue color to dark gradually; With the increase of Mn/Co, make the color of the blue color to dark bluish grey gradually by the bright blue color shift. And different proportions Co Al2O4、Fe Al2O4、Mn Al2O4、Mn0.83Al1.96Fe0.21O4 compounds will formed in pigment synthesis process, compositions and free state of iron, cobalt, manganese ions interaction affects the t color generation of cobalt blue pigment.
