碳纤维增韧碳化硅基复合材料制备技术的研究进展
The Present Research Progress of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Silicon Carbide Matrix Composites Preparative Technique
【摘要】 碳纤维增韧碳化硅基复合材料具有低密度、高硬度、高强度、类金属特性的断裂韧性等性能,在各行业广泛应用。综述了传统的烧结方法及最新研制开发的联合工艺。展望了未来烧结工艺的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide matrix composites with low density, high hardness, high strength and the fracture toughness of metals characteristics, have been widely used in all kinds of industries. This paper overviewed the traditional sintering methods and the latest combined process, prospecting future development direction in the meantime.
