牛磺酸对海兰褐雏鸡抗氧化及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 选取10日龄海兰褐雏鸡240只,随机将其分为8组。在牛磺酸处理试验中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为正常给药组,分别在日粮中添加牛磺酸0、0.5、1.0、2.0g/kg。在地塞米松(Dex)牛磺酸处理试验中A、B、C、D组为地塞米松处理组(混饮,25mg/L),并分别添加牛磺酸0、0.5、1.0、2.0g/kg。在给药后第15天和第30天测定各项抗氧化指标。结果显示,在牛磺酸处理试验中,与对照组(Ⅰ)相比,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在第15天Ⅲ和Ⅳ组显著升高(P<0.05);在第30天Ⅱ组显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅲ和Ⅳ组极显著升高(P<0.01)。过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在第15天Ⅲ组显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅱ和Ⅳ组变化不显著(P>0.05);在第30天Ⅲ组极显著升高(P<0.01),Ⅳ组显著升高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组变化不显著(P>0.05)。丙二醛(MDA)含量,在第15天和第30天Ⅱ组极显著降低(P<0.01),Ⅲ和Ⅳ组显著降低(P<0.05)。胸腺指数、脾指数和法氏囊指数,在第15天Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组均无显著变化(P>0.05);在第30天Ⅲ组胸腺指数显著增大(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组脾指数均显著增大(P<0.05),Ⅲ和Ⅳ组法氏囊指数显著增大(P<0.05)。抗体效价在第15天和第30天Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组均显著提高(P<0.05)。在Dex牛磺酸处理试验中,血清SOD活性在第30天C和D组显著提高(P<0.05)。血清CAT活性在第30天B组极显著降低(P<0.01),C组极显著升高(P<0.01),D组显著降低(P<0.05)。血清MDA含量在第15天C组显著降低(P<0.05),在第30天B组显著降低(P<0.05)。胸腺指数、脾指数、法氏囊指数和抗体效价各组均无显著变化(P>0.05)。上述结果提示,牛磺酸可提高正常海兰褐雏鸡的抗氧化作用和免疫功能,对经过Dex处理的海兰褐雏鸡,牛磺酸也表现出抗氧化作用,但对免疫功能影响尚不能确定。

【Abstract】 Two hundred and forty 10-day-old chicks were randomly divided into 8groups.In the experiment of taurine,feeds in GroupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were added independently with 0,0.5,1.0and 2.0g/kg taurine,respectively.In the experiment of dexamethasone(Dex)and taurine,Group A,B,C and D had been treated by drinking Dex(25mg/L),then raised feeds supplemented with 0,0.5,1.0and 2.0g/kg taurine,respectively.The every index was tested on the 15 th and 30 th days post-treatment.In result,in the experiment of taurine,the level of serum SOD was increased significantly in GroupⅢ and Ⅳ(P<0.05)on the15 th day,significantly increased in GroupⅡ(P<0.05)and increased very significantly in GroupⅢ and Ⅳ(P<0.01)on the 30 th day.The level of serum CAT was increased significantly in GroupⅢ(P<0.05)but no significant changes were observed in GroupⅡ and Ⅳ(P>0.05)on the 15 th day,while on the 30 th day very significant changes(P<0.01),significant changes(P<0.05)and no significant changes(P>0.05)were observed in GroupⅢ,Ⅳand Ⅱ,respectively.The level of serum MDA decreased very significantly in GroupⅡ(P<0.01),and significantly in GroupⅢandⅣ(P<0.05)on the 15 th and 30 th days.The indexes of thymus,spleen and bursa of Fabricius have no significant changes in GroupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P>0.05)on the 15 th day.All the thymus index in GroupⅢ,the spleen index in GroupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,the bursa of Fabricius index in GroupⅢandⅣ were aggrandized significantly(P<0.05)on the 30 th day.The titers of antibody were enhanced significantly in GroupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P<0.05)on both the 15 th and 30 th day.In the Dex-taurine experiment,the level of serum SOD increased significantly in Group C and D(P<0.05)on the30 th day.The level of serum CAT decreased very significantly(P<0.01)in Group B,while was aggrandized very significantly in Group C(P<0.01),and decreased significantly(P<0.05)in Group D on the 30 th day.The level of serum MDA decreased significantly in Group C(P<0.05)on the 15 th day and in Group B(P<0.05)on the30 th day.The thymus index,spleen index,bursa of Fabricius index and antibody titer have no significant changes in the experiment period.The above-mentioned results showed that taurin could improve the antioxidation and immunologic function in healthy Hailan-brown chicken,also could increase the antioxidation in Hailan-brown chicken treated with Dex but remain unclear in the effects of taurine on the immunologic function.
