水电站机组智能盘车系统设计与应用

【摘要】 针对传统人工盘车精度差、耗时长、缺乏精确调整方法的缺陷,提出了一种能够自动连续测量、智能生成盘车调整方案的水电机组智能盘车系统。随后论述了该系统的结构、原理以及其数据处理平台的功能。在白云山水电站以国家标准进行了盘车试验,结果证明该系统具有通用性好、方便灵活、智能化高的特点,适合在水电站及检修公司推广应用。

【Abstract】 For the existing problems such as poor measuring precision,long time consumption and lack ofprecise adjustment ways in the traditional manual barring method. An intelligent barring system is pro-posed,which is capable of measuring automatically and continuously,and generating adjustment plan by it-self. In this paper,the structure,the principle and the function of data-processing platform are discussed.A relevant test has been implemented in Baiyunshan hydropower station. The result shows that this pro-posed barring system has the features of high generality, flexibility, convenience and high intelligence,practical proofs that the system is suitable for the hydropower station and maintenance company.
