星形聚己内酯在聚乳酸中的增塑作用研究
Plasticization of Star Poly (ε-caprolactone) on Poly (lactic acid)
【摘要】 以六羟基环三磷腈为引发剂,ε-己内酯(ε-CL)为原料,通过开环聚合反应合成了星形聚己内酯(SPCL),将其作为阻燃增塑剂应用于聚乳酸(PLA)中,并与线形聚己内酯(LPCL)和乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯(ATBC)两种增塑剂进行对比。结果表明,在添加20份(质量份,下同)SPCL时,SPCL增塑样品断裂伸长率达由纯PLA的7.40%提高到18.86%,高于相同相对分子质量的LPCL但小于ATBC,同时SPCL增塑样品的拉伸强度明显优于其他样品;加入SPCL可以提高PLA的阻燃性能,且对材料的结晶性能和热稳定性影响较小;与小分子ATBC相比,SPCL在PLA中的迁出率接近0,是一种良好的耐迁出增塑剂。
【Abstract】 Star-shaped poly(e-caprolactoneXSPCL) was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of e-caprolactone(ε-CL) using hydroxyl end-capped cyclophosphazene as an initiator.The SPCL was used as a flame-retardant plasticizer for poly(lactic acid)(PLA) and compared with liner poly(e-caprolactone)(LPCL) and acetyltributyl citrate(ATBC).It was found that the plasticizing efficiency of SPCL was higher than that of LPCL,but lower than that of ATBC.When 20 phr SPCL was added,the ultimate elongation at break of the PLA/SPCL composites increased from7.40 to 18.86%.Meanwhile,the tensile strength of the PLA/SPCL composites was obviously superior to the other systems.SPCL provided the flame retardancy to the composites and had a little effect on crystallinity and thermal stability of PLA.Migration test showed that there was no migration from PLA/SPCL composites.
