【摘要】 随着我国经济以及医疗卫生事业的快速发展,2014年全国孕产妇死亡率已经从1990年的88.8/105下降到21.7/105,提前1年实现了联合国千年发展目标。经过多年的努力,我国城市和农村的孕产妇死亡率差异已经基本消除,但是全国孕产妇死亡率的地区差异仍然非常明显,西部地区孕产妇死亡率仍明显高于东部和中部地区。进一步缩小孕产妇死亡率的地区差异从而降低我国孕产妇死亡率的的任务依然艰巨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2014,one year ahead of the deadline of 2015, China had achieved Millennium Development Goals 5 for reducing maternal mortality rate by 3/4 from the level of 1990(21.7 vs. 88.8 per 100,000 live births). This great success should be attributed to the rapid development of China’s economy and medical healthcare services.Although the differences of maternal mortality rate between urban and rural areas are now almost negligible, the regional disparity still seems serious.It will be a great challenge to further reduce the disparity of maternal mortality rate between the Western and Eastern China.更多还原
