【摘要】 目的研究宫颈环形电切除术(LEEP)术后保妇康栓促进创面愈合的临床疗效。方法选择2009年9月至2014年6月北京大学第一医院收治的564例经宫颈液基细胞学检查(TCT)和人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测后需要转诊阴道镜,经组织病理学确诊为宫颈高级别病变并行LEEP治疗的患者,术后随机分为联用保妇康栓组458例(观察组)和未使用保妇康栓组106例(对照组),对比LEEP术后观察组与对照组创面愈合情况。结果 LEEP术后1个月保妇康栓组患者创面愈合率(84.06%)较对照组(25.47%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);LEEP术后高危型HPV转阴率为81.64%。结论 LEEP治疗宫颈高级别病变,术后联合应用保妇康栓,可显著加快创面愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of Baofukang Suppository in healing wound left by the loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) therapy.Methods Totally 564 patients are selected,who have undergone Thinprep Cytologic Test(TCT) and Human Papillomavirus(HPV) detection as well as colposcopy and diagnosed with high-grade cervical lesions by histopathology, and have received LEEP therapy. Postoperative patients were randomly divided into using Baofukang suppository group of 458 cases(observation group) and no-using Baofukang suppository group(control group)of 106 cases.We compared observation group with control group in wound healing after LEEP.Results Significant difference(P<0.01) was noticed between one-month wound healing conditions of those patients who were treated with Baofukang Suppository after LEEP therapy(the healing percentage was 84.06%) and the control group(the healing percentage was 25.47%); After LEEP high-risk type HPV overcast rate was 81.64%.Conclusion LEEP therapy can be regarded as the treatment of high-grade cervical lesions, and when in combination with Baofukang Suppository after the therapy,can lead to quick wound healing and thus enable patients to get back to normal life soon.更多还原
